Pudim de Laranja/Orange Pudding

Ingredientes:

Calda:

  • 50 gr de Mel
  • 1 Laranja (sumo e raspa)
  • 100 ml de água

Pudim:

  • 400 ml de Leite de Coco
  • 2 C/S de farinha de Amêndoa
  • 4 ovos
  • 1 Laranja (raspa)
  • Amêndoa Palitada (opcional)

Preparação:

Calda:

  • Num tacho colocar os 3 ingredientes e levar ao lume até ferver e engrossar um pouco.
  • Colocar a calda no fundo da(s) forma(s) e reservar.

Pudim:

  • Pré-aquecer o forno a 180ºC.
  • Ferver o leite de coco.
  • Peneirar a farinha de amêndoa para uma taça.
  • Adicionar à farinha de amêndoa a raspa de laranja e envolver bem.
  • Adicionar o leite de coco (previamente fervido) e bater com a batedeira.
  • Adicionar os ovos 1 a 1 sem parar de bater.
  • Colocar o preparado na(s) forma(s) e levar ao forno em banho maria por 20 (formas individuais) a 30 (forma de pudim grande) minutos.
  • Verificar com o palito se está cozido.
  • Retirar do forno e deixar arrefecer por completo e desenformar.
  • Decorar com amêndoa palitada e servir frio.

Orange Pudding

Ingredients:

Syrup:

  • 50 gr of honey
  • 1 orange (juice and zest)
  • 100 ml water

Pudding:

  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 2 Tbsp of almond flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 orange (zest)
  • Sliced Almond (optional)

Preparation:

Syrup:

  • In a pan put the 3 ingredients and bring to heat until it boils and thickens slightly.
  • Put the syrup in the bottom form(s) and reserve.

Pudding:

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • Boil the coconut milk.
  • Sift the almond flour into a bowl.
  • Add the almond flour orange zest and mix well.
  • Add the coconut milk (previously boiled) and beat with an electric mixer.
  • Add the eggs 1-1 stirring constantly.
  • Place the cooked form(s) and bake in water bath for 20 (individual forms) to 30 (great form of pudding) minutes.
  • Check with toothpick if it is cooked.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely and unmold.
  • Decorate with sliced almonds and serve cold.
