Ingredientes:

  • 2 Cup de farinha de amêndoa
  • 2 claras
  • ervas a gosto
  • sal a gosto
  • fio de azeite
  • sementes a gosto (chia, sésamo e girassol)

Preparação:

  • Pré-aqueça o forno a 180ºC.
  • Combine todos os ingredientes e amasse até formar uma massa homogénea.
  • Coloque uma folha de papel vegetal na bancada e coloque a massa em cima, coloque outra folha de papel vegetal por cima da massa. Estique a massa até ficar com cerca de 2 a 3 mm.
  • Remova o papel vegetal de cima e corte a massa nos tamanhos que desejar.
  • Leve ao forno por 8-10 minutos, verificando sempre.
  • Quando começar a ficar douradas retire do forno e deixe arrefecer numa rede.
  • Sirva com manteiga, Guacamole, doce…

Crackers

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cup almond flour
  • 2 egg whites
  • herbs to taste
  • salt to taste
  • olive oil
  • seeds to taste (chia, sesame and sunflower)

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • Combine all ingredients and knead to form a homogeneous mass.
  • Place a sheet of parchment paper on the counter and place the dough on top, place another sheet of parchment paper on top of the dough. Stretch the dough until approximately 2 to 3 mm.
  • Remove the parchment paper from the top and cut the dough in the size you prefer.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, always checking.
  • When they are golden remove from oven and let cool on a wire cooling rack.
  • Serve with butter, guacamole, jam…
