Pão de Queijo com Chouriço/Cheese Bread with Chorizo

Ingredientes:

  • 150gr de Polvilho azedo
  • 175gr de queijo ralado
  • 3 C/S de iogurte grego
  • 1 ovo batido
  • 50gr de chouriço picado

Preparação:

  • Pré-aqueça o forno a 200ºC.
  • Forre um tabuleiro com papel vegetal.
  • Numa taça coloque todos os ingredientes, excepto o chouriço. Amasse bem, até formar uma massa homogenia.
  • Adicione o chouriço e volte amassar para que fique bem misturado.
  • Forme pequenas bolinhas e disponha no tabuleiro com cerca de 2 cm entre elas.
  • Leve ao forno por 20 minutos ou até dourarem.
  • Sirva ainda quente.

Cheese Bread with Chorizo

Ingredients:

  • 150 gr cassava flour
  • 175 gr grated cheese
  • 3 Tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 50 gr chopped chorizo

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  • Line a board ovenproof with baking paper.
  • In a bowl place all ingredients except the chorizo. Knead well until a homogeneous mass.
  • Add the chorizo and knead again so that it is well mixed.
  • Form small balls and arrange the board with about 2 cm apart.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
  • Serve hot.
