Ingredientes:

  • 2 cup de Trigo Sarraceno
  • 4 cup de água
  • pitada de bicarbonato de sódio
  • pitada de sal
  • óleo de coco (para untar a frigideira)

Preparação:

  • Colocar o trigo sarraceno, o sal e o bicarbonato de sódio numa taça e misturar bem.
  • Adicionar a água aos pouco e bater com a batedeira.
  • Untar a frigideira com óleo de coco e deixar aquecer bem em lume brando.
  • Colocar uma quantidade suficiente da mistura na frigideira e deixar cozinhar por 2-3 minutos e virar.
  • Usei estes wraps para um almoço e recheie com alface, frango, tomate, azeitona, queijo ralado e molho de iogurte (que o meu marido faz).

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of Buckwheat flour
  • 4 cups of water
  • pinch of baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • coconut oil (for greasing the pan)

Preparation:

  • Place the buckwheat flour, salt and baking soda in a bowl and mix well.
  • Add water to low and beat with an electric mixer.
  • Grease the pan with coconut oil and let heat through over low heat.
  • Put enough of the mixture to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes and turn.
  • I used these wraps for lunch and fill with lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, olives, grated cheese and yogurt sauce (my husband does).
