Bolo de Chocolate c/ Limão/Chocolate Cake w/ Lemon

Ingredientes:

  • 100 gr de chocolate 85% (barra)
  • 100 ml de óleo de coco
  • 4 C/S mel
  • 3 ovos
  • 3 C/S cacau em pó
  • pitada de canela
  • baunilha a gosto
  • bicarbonato de sódio
  • sumo de ½ limão
  • raspa de 1 limão

Preparação:

  • Comece por ligar o forno a 180ºC.
  • Coloque o óleo de coco e a barra de chocolate numa taça e leve ao micro-ondas até derreter.
  • Ao preparado anterior junte os ovos 1 a 1 e bata com a batedeira. Adicione o mel e bata novamente.
  • Adicione o cacau, a canela, a baunilha e o bicarbonato e bata até formar um ligeiro creme.
  • Por fim adicione o sumo e a raspa do limão, bata até começar a formar bolhinhas.
  • Leve ao forno a 180º por 30 minutos. Faça o teste do palito.
  • Retire e deixe arrefecer por completo.
  • Decore a gosto.

Chocolate Cake with Lemon

Ingredients:

  • 100 gr of chocolate 85% (bar)
  • 100 ml of coconut oil
  • 4 Tbsp Honey
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • vanilla to taste
  • baking soda
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • zest of 1 lemon

Preparation:

  • Start by turning on the oven to 180ºC.
  • Place the coconut oil and the chocolate bar in a bowl and place in the microwave until melted.
  • The previous mixture add the eggs 1-1 and beat with an electric mixer. Add honey and mix again.
  • Add cocoa, cinnamon, vanilla and baking soda and mix until it forms a light cream.
  • Finally add the juice and the lemon zest, beat until bubbles begin to form.
  • Bake at 180 ° C for 30 minutes. Do the toothpick test.
  • Remove and let cool completely.
  • Decorate as desired.
