Tartiflette/Tartiflette

Serve: 2 pessoas

Ingredientes:

  • 3 batatas doces grandes
  • ½ cebola picada
  • 2 dentes de alho picados
  • fio de azeite
  • 300 gr de bacon em cubos pequenos
  • 100 ml de natas
  • 2 french soft cheese

Preparação:

  • Pré-aqueça o forno a 180ºC.
  • Comece por descascar e cortas as batatas em cubos. Leve a fritar em óleo de coco ou assar no forno.
  • Retire a casca da parte de cima dos queijos e reserve.
  • Num tacho coloque o azeite, a cebola e o alho e deixe refogar até a cebola ficar bem mole.
  • Acrescente o bacon e deixe cozinhar por 10 minutos em lume brando.
  • Acrescente as batatas e envolva tudo delicadamente.
  • Coloque o preparado numa taça de vidro, regue com as natas e por fim acrescente os queijos sem a parte da casca virada para baixo.
  • Leve ao forno por 15 minutos (ou até os queijos derreterem) a 180ºC.
  • Retire do forno e sirva ainda quente.

Tartiflette

Serves: 2 people

Ingredients:

  • 3 large sweet potatoes
  • ½ chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • drizzle of olive oil
  • 300 gr of bacon into small cubes
  • 100 ml double cream
  • 2 french soft cheese

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • Start by peeling and cutting potatoes into cubes. Take fry in coconut oil or bake in the oven.
  • Remove the peel from the top of the cheese and set aside.
  • In a pan put olive oil, onion and garlic and let it cook until onion is very soft.
  • Add the bacon and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
  • Add the potatoes and wrap it gently.
  • Put prepared in a oven bowl, pour the double cream and finally add the cheeses without the peel part facing downwards.
  • Bake for 15 minutes (or until the cheeses melt) to 180ºC.
  • Remove from oven and serve hot.
