Pudim de Limão/Lemon Pudding

Ingredientes:

  • 250 gr de iogurte grego
  • 250 gr de mascarpone
  • 6 ovos
  • baunilha
  • 2 C/S de mel
  • ½ limão (sumo)
  • 1 c/s de araruta
  • 1 C/S de Teff

Preparação:

  • Pré-aqueça o forno a 180ºC.
  • Comece por separar as gemas das claras.
  • Bata as claras até firmar e reserve no frigorifico.
  • Bata ligeiramente as gemas e reserve.
  • Num tacho coloque o iogurte, o mascarpone, o mel, sumo de limão e baunilha. Leve a lume brando, quando começar a levantar fervura adicione as gemas e bata energeticamente com uma vara de arames.
  • Por fim adicione a araruta e a teff e volte a bater.
  • Deixe engrossar um pouco.
  • Retire do lume e deixe arrefecer por 5 minutos.
  • Numa taça coloque um pouco do preparado e um pouco das claras e envolva muito bem, repita até terminar.
  • Coloque o conteúdo numa forma redonda de silicone e leve ao forno por 25-30 minutos.
  • Retire e deixe esfriar um pouco antes de desenformar.
  • Sirva decorado como desejar.

Lemon Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 250 gr Greek yogurt
  • 250 gr mascarpone
  • 6 eggs
  • vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • ½ lemon (juice)
  • 1 tsp arrowroot
  • 1 Tbsp Teff

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • Start by separating the egg whites from the yolks.
  • Beat the egg whites until firm and set aside in the refrigerator.
  • Beat the egg yolks slightly and set aside.
  • In a pan put the yogurt, mascarpone, honey, lemon juice and vanilla. Leads to low heat stirring constantly, when they start boil add the yolks and beat energetically with a wire rod.
  • Finally add the arrowroot and teff and beat again.
  • Let thicken.
  • Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
  • In a bowl put some of the preparation and a bit of egg whites and wrap well, repeat until finished.
  • Place the contents in a round shape silicone and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Remove and let cool before unmolding.
  • Serve garnished as wish.
