Torta de Laranja/Orange Pie

Ingredientes:

  • 6 ovos
  • 3 C/S mel
  • Raspa de 1 laranja
  • 200 ml de sumo de laranja
  • 3 C/S araruta
  • Baunilha

Preparação:

  • Comece por pré-aquecer o forno a 180ºC.
  • Unte um tabuleiro com óleo de coco e forre com papel vegetal e volte a untar com óleo de coco.
  • Numa taça junte os ovos e o mel, misture bem, mas não bata.
  • Desfaça a araruta no sumo de laranja e acrescente ao preparado anterior.
  • Por fim adicione a raspa e a baunilha.
  • Coloque o preparado no tabuleiro e leve ao forno por 20 minutos.
  • Retire do forno e deixe arrefecer um pouco.
  • Transfira para um pano húmido para ajudar a enrolar.
  • Pode rechear com creme de chocolate.

Opcional:

Creme de chocolate

Ingredientes:

  • 200ml de natas
  • 1 C/S mel
  • 2 C/S de cacau em pó

Preparação:

  • Junte todos os ingredientes numa taça e bata até obter um creme.

Orange Pie

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • zest of 1 orange
  • 200 ml of orange juice
  • 3 Tbsp arrowroot
  • vanilla

Preparation:

  • Start by preheating the oven to 180ºC.
  • Grease a pan with coconut oil and line with parchment paper and grease again with coconut oil.
  • In a bowl add the eggs and honey, mix well, but do not hit.
  • Undo the arrowroot in orange juice and add to the previous mixture.
  • Finally add the zest and vanilla.
  • Place the prepared on the tray and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  • Transfer to a damp cloth to help roll.
  • You can fill with chocolate cream.

Optional:

Chocolate cream

Ingredients:

  • 200ml cream
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder

Preparation:

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and beat until light and fluffy.
