Bolo de Cenoura/Carrot Cake

Ingredientes:

  • 3 cenouras médias
  • 100 ml manteiga derretida
  • 4 ovos
  • 200 gr farinha de amêndoa
  • 40 gr araruta
  • 3 C/S mel
  • baunilha
  • 1 C/c bicarbonato de sódio 

Preparação:

  • Pré aqueça o forno a 180ºC.
  • Unte uma forma com manteiga e polvilhe com farinha de amêndoa.
  • Numa taça junte as farinhas e o bicarbonato de soda, reserve.
  • Na liquificadora coloque as cenouras, a manteiga, os ovos, a baunilha e o mel, deixe bater até ficar um liquido homogêneo.
  • De seguida junte o preparado anterior ás farinhas e envolva bem com uma vara de arames.
  • Coloque o preparado numa forma e leve ao forno por 30 a 35 minutos.
  • Faça o teste do palito.
  • Retire do forno e deixe arrefecer um pouco antes de desenformar.

Carrot Cake

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium carrots
  • 100ml melted butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 gr almond flour
  • 40 gr arrowroot
  • 3 Tbsp Honey
  • Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Baking soda

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • Grease a pan with butter and sprinkle with almond flour.
  • In a bowl add the flour and baking soda, set aside.
  • In blender put the carrots, butter, eggs, vanilla and honey, let beat until a homogeneous liquid.
  • Then add the previous mixture to flour and mix well with a wire rod.
  • Place the prepared in a form and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
  • Do the toothpick test.
  • Remove from oven and let cool slightly before unmolding.
